In order to get a 3D deviation model, it’s now possible to process to a 3D CAD Comparison. This operation allows to discover the deviations a physical part could have with the nominal definition.
A 3D CAD Comparison could be used for raw or machined parts, whatever their dimensions.
Thanks to Computed Tomography acquisitions, inner and outer shapes could, in the same time or independently, be evaluated with a 3D CAD Comparison.
